We welcome thoughtful perspectives from doulas, caregivers, clinicians, artists, writers, hospice volunteers, grieving people, and others whose lived or professional experience has something meaningful to offer.

We welcome original contributions including reflective essays, personal stories, creative writing, artwork, photography, and gentle explorations of end-of-life care and culture.
