Interviews and spotlights
Conversations with practicing doulas about what works, what surprised them, and how they create presence for families.
Stories, rituals and reflections on end of life.
We are building a gentle space for honest conversations about dying, grief, legacy, and the everyday work of supporting people through the end of life. This magazine will serve doulas, hospice volunteers, caregivers, and families.
Death Doula Magazine is a heart centered publication created by the International End of Life Care Association. We believe that open, compassionate dialogue about dying helps us all live more intentionally, love more fully, and serve more meaningfully. Our aim is to gather the voices of doulas, caregivers, and families who are changing the culture around death and dying.

We are lining up our first Death Doula Spotlights to highlight your practice, the tools you’ve created, and the wisdom you’ve gathered at the bedside.
If you write, teach, serve in hospice or community deathcare, we’d love to hear from you. We welcome thoughtful pieces on end-of-life journeys, rituals, grief, pet loss, or any topic that helps others prepare with compassion.
